Erica Stevens is a native of Brooklyn, NY. She is a mom to a wonderful five year old girl, and also works as an iOS software engineer. Her interest in real estate investment ventures inspires her passion as a real estate salesperson. This passion coupled with a solid knowledge of federal, state and local laws applicable to real estate transactions allows Erica Stevens to serve NY residents in the home buying/selling process with the highest degree of care and diligence.

When not helping valued clients, Erica enjoys long (traffic-free) drives, swimming, and spending time with her daughter.
